These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Techsy Community, a gated, members-only library and academy. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Turkish-language version is the authoritative text; translations are provided for convenience.
These Terms set out the conditions under which you may access the service, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the rules that apply to gated content.
To become a member you must create an account with accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal; you may not share access to gated content with people who are not members. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you agree not to:
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being breached.
The service and its content, including text, code samples, playbooks, and design, are owned by Techsy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for your own personal or internal professional purposes, subject to these Terms. Where a specific asset is offered under its own open-source or other licence, that licence governs that asset.
Access to the current library is provided free of charge. We plan to introduce paid plans. When paid plans launch, the following will apply to purchases:
We will only send you commercial electronic messages (such as newsletters or promotions) where you have given consent, in accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and the Message Management System (İYS). You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content is provided for informational and educational purposes and is not professional advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Turkish law.
The service references third-party tools, models, and open-source projects. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law, will continue to apply.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we process and how, and our Cookie Policy. Please review them alongside these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the service. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) at the applicable monetary thresholds have jurisdiction; for other disputes, the Istanbul Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
