These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Techsy Community, a gated, members-only library and academy for people shipping with Claude. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Techsy Community. By using the service you represent that the information you provide during sign-up is accurate and that you are not barred from using the service under any applicable law.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Accounts are personal; sharing access to gated content with people who are not members is not permitted. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes not attempting to bypass the membership gate, not scraping or redistributing gated content, and not using the service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we handle it. Please review it alongside these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
