Joplin
Open-source, end-to-end-encrypted note-taking and to-do app with sync.
Joplin is an open-source note-taking and to-do application that organizes notes into notebooks, supports Markdown, and offers optional end-to-end encryption with sync to Dropbox, OneDrive, Nextcloud, S3, or a self-hosted server. It runs on desktop, mobile, and the terminal, has a robust Web Clipper, and is extensible through a plugin API. It is a widely used open alternative to Evernote.
