Superpowers is an open-source agentic skills framework and software-development methodology by Jesse Vincent (obra), built as a Claude Code plugin and a library of composable skills. It packages proven techniques such as test-driven development, debugging, and collaboration patterns, with initial instructions that get the agent to actually use them, and works across multiple agent platforms. A companion marketplace and community skill repositories extend it.
